LEADING THE FORCE
Preface
Every living being is surrounded by the Living Egg (biopole), and every person can feel it, interact with it, and through it. To do this, it is desirable to learn to see it for tuning's rigidity, and at the same time develop sensitivity of the hands and body to the streams of the living.
All exercises should be performed only when feeling well and in a uplifted mood (i.e. without fatigue, lack of sleep, overeating, hunger). For this, it is advisable to rest before the workout. In case of any unpleasant sensations, it is recommended to refrain from exercises and wait for some time. Breaks in training are not allowed, the sequence of exercises is important. The training time should be approximately 10-20 minutes.
It is not recommended to start training with cold limbs.
Internal currents are alive
Session 1
To develop attention and its stability, it is necessary to learn how to relax, so the first sessions will be dedicated to this. The exercises are done lying down. The goal of this session is to relax the legs. At the beginning of the exercises, it is desirable to massage the parts of the body that will be focused on.
Relax completely, distract yourself from everything else, and focus all your attention on the sole of your left foot. Perceive everything that comes from the sole - pressure, warmth, tingling, heaviness, discomfort. Sensations of stickiness, various sensations, etc., are possible. Then shift your focus to the knee, then the thigh. Fixate everything while simultaneously perceiving all sensations in the left leg. Repeat the same with the right leg. At the end of the exercise, shift your focus to ordinary perception, which can be a certain image (most commonplace), a word (for example: release of attention), an action (stretching). Exercise time: 5-10 minutes.
Simultaneously, practice an exercise to develop a steady and unblinking gaze. To do this, focus intensely on a simple high-contrast pattern - for example, an ornament, a point on the wall (a candle is not suitable for this exercise). If you experience burning and stinging in the eyes, tears, close your eyes (only when unbearable), relax them, and after calming them, return to the interrupted exercise (the whites of the eyes turn bluish, like in a newborn). This exercise should be practiced for a week.
Session 2.
For two days, perform the exercise with only the left leg, breaking perception into sections: the sole, calf, thigh. Spend approximately 2 to 3 minutes on perceiving each part. When transitioning from perceiving one part to another, the impressions of the previous part should completely disappear.
For two days, do the same with the right leg.
For the following three days, work with both legs, perceiving all sensations from them as a whole and simultaneously. It is better to do this by enclosing the perception in a single zone of evenly distributed attention. If this is difficult, achieve simultaneous sensation by quickly switching attention from one leg to the other.
Session 3.
All attention should be focused on the sensation of the hands, positioned along the body with palms facing down. On the first day, focus on the right hand, on the second day on the left hand, and on the third day on both hands simultaneously. Then repeat the cycle, on the seventh day repeating the simultaneous sensation of hands. Hands, like legs, are divided into sensations of palms, elbows, forearms, and shoulders.
Session 4.
Gathering attention, on the first day, feel the legs, on the second day, the arms, and on the following 3, 4, 5, 6 days feel both hands and feet simultaneously. As before, perceive the hands and feet in parts. Then achieve the sensation as something whole. On the seventh day, feel the warmth from the right hand.
Session 5.
For 1, 2, 3 days, focus attention on perceiving the entire body as a whole (except for the head).
