The light source should be steady and uniform. Place the light behind you and above your head so that the area where you will be training is semi-dark.
Next, you need to be able to manipulate energy with such stability that you can work for a full hour (60 minutes).
Feel the energy in one hand. Use your willpower to fill the hand with energy from the head (you can take energy from the sacral area where we have a reserve of energy and the "Kundalini" chakra) and maintain the sensation (or simply stay in this state) throughout the entire training period.
Sit in a comfortable position that allows you to remain still for 1 hour without much movement. A chair and a stool with the black mirror placed on it are optimal. Lean slightly forward, press your hand against your body, or position it in any other comfortable way.
Now about the gaze: your gaze should pass between the index and thumb with focus on the reflection in the black mirror.
Hand position: it should not be parallel to the hand-mirror. Each person chooses their own angle of inclination.

Energy transfer from the head to the hands can be used to enhance the feeling for beginners. Sometimes it is not possible to see smoke in this way. There is an alternative method.
The difference is that instead of using one hand, we use both, more specifically the fingers. We create a beam on one of the index fingers and tap it on the other finger, keeping the gaze focused on the reflection.
Colors won't appear immediately.
