GUIDING THE FORCE-2

 

 

The previous exercises only directed our attention towards extrasensory perception, while the intense contemplation, practiced simultaneously, was supposed to prepare the stability of vision. Feeling bodily integrity, in a state of complete relaxation, was meant to achieve sensations of vital energy flow within the body. This sensation of floating, as well as unity with the living, flowing, and bubbling mass is needed. Next, it is required to feel the living energy within and around the body, which is achieved initially by increasing its intensity around the body with the palms. Each exercise is designed for a period from a month to six months (once maximum sensations are reached) and should be performed EVERY day for at least 40 minutes.

Session 6.

To begin with, it is necessary to understand that the living energy is perceived exactly as you subconsciously imagine it (it may feel, for example, like an expanding balloon, sticky threads, channels of "hot water," a magnetic field, or in any other way without excessive fantasy), or if intentionally attuning to specific sensations. Place your left hand palm up in front of you, and with your right hand (keeping it relaxed), move very slowly over it at a distance of 3-5 cm in different directions - first along, then across, in circles, etc. Notice the slightest changes in sensations in the hands. The results will not delay, and the sensations obtained must be memorized well in order to facilitate tuning into the necessary subtlety of discernment in the future. Next, feel the flow of vital energy along the entire arm, then switch their positions and feel the living energy around the right hand with the left. When the sensations of the living energy become stable and the hands are filled with leaden heaviness from the manifestation of the living energy, it is time to move on to feeling the living energy along the entire body (avoiding the head area to prevent headaches, hemorrhaging, or hypertensive crisis from increased blood pressure). Feel it slowly, so that every part of your body is felt by you as a source of the generation of living energy. The results of the exercises include improved sleep, swollen fingers, and increased sensitivity of the hands. It is also worth practicing the following additional exercises (especially when having difficulty with the main exercise):

1. The most sensitive part of the palms is the fingertips, so sensing the living energy is easier to achieve using them as a perception tool. To do this, place your hands in front of you at chest level and face them towards each other with the fingertips (externally appearing as if you are embracing a tree). The hands are relaxed, palms soft and open. By moving the fingertips towards and away from each other, try to feel the opposing fingertips with them (this is quite easy to do and does not pose any difficulties). You can exhale while bringing the hands together to emit the energy through the fingers and palms as a whole, creating a sensation of "magnetic resistance," or you can focus on the inhale while separating your hands, drawing the living energy of the opposing hands towards each other with the emerging sensation of "rubber stretching." After 5 minutes of practice, try to do the main exercise using fingertips instead of the palm. Then return to this exercise (getting accustomed to specific sensations weakens the subtleties of discernment).

2. Next, move on to work with the palms. Assume the position from the previous exercise, but this time instead of facing the fingertips towards each other, face the palms (as if holding a ball). Making light oscillating movements with the palms, tune into the desired qualities of the living energy (magnetic field, rubber, or other). You can then move your hands left and right, with the leading hand moving downwards. It is important not to interrupt the sensations of the living energy during these movements.

3. Now, without changing the hand position, turn the palms downward and try to feel the living energy emanating from the earth. It is easier to do this by imagining you are pressing down on a large inflatable ball (use slight muscle tension when pressing down). Similarly, you can feel the energy of the sky by extending your arms upward with palms facing upwards.

4. Spreading your arms apart, tune into the sensation of the living energy from both sides. 5. Next is a continuation of the main exercise. Hands are positioned similar to the first exercise, but all attention is on the palms facing the body. Try to feel the living energy with your body's palms and the palms with the body's living energy. Once attuned to strong sensations, move through the entire body in this manner.

And most importantly - do not limit your attention to the living energy only inside your body (during silent contemplation, as you bring the living energy to life in your abdomen, it naturally starts to move like some healing water that revitalizes the whole body), but also in these exercises. LIVING ENERGY IS EVERYWHERE, AND FOR IT, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS DISTANCE; you simply capture it with your attention (awareness) in forms fluidly molded by the same attention.

Session 7.

After mastering the sensations of vital energy and the very essence of it, it is time to move further and animate that soul. It is closely connected with the emotional state, which often leads urban dwellers to struggle with perceiving beyond what is necessary for their daily lives - as their vital energy is compressed, contorted by constant experiences (often manifesting as physical discomforts). The essence of the method is in expanding the vital energy (like inflating the sails of the soul under the wind of attentive force). Naturally relaxed and focusing to the abdomen, we will feel the warm waves of vital energy emanating from the abdomen following your attention. Once this occurs, inhale to gather the heat, and exhale evenly release it from the whole body outward in all directions, shaping an egg-shaped sphere (a progeny egg). Here is an important detail - on the inhale, gather the vital energy from the surface of the designated sphere, pulling it towards the center (in this and other methods, it is essential not to pull the vital energy with attention but to create magnetic sensations of acceptance-rejection, altering the flows of Forces inside the progeny egg). As mastery is achieved, the physical sensations diminish, making way for the pronounced sensations of vital energy with all its potential and abilities. By extending your palms outward, you can stretch the vital energy to any object, feeling its essence. By touching an object with vital energy, you share your vitality with it, imbuing it with your qualities. With practice in the following session, you will SEE this.

Session 8.

Following the tactile sensations, it is important to try and visually perceive what you have felt, to learn to touch the essence of the surroundings with your gaze (merge the tactile and visual perceptions in a spiritual manner, achieving "vision"). For this, you can utilize the property of opalescence that living energy (like any colloid system) has, meaning it is most noticeable when light falls behind or to the side of it. Practically, you can achieve this by looking at your hand (or what surrounds it) in a dark room facing towards the light. Practically everyone will see the living energy this way. The longer you gaze at the living energy without blinking (a steady gaze allows you to bring your attention closer to the "here and now"), the better you will become at discerning its currents. If you encounter any difficulties with vision, here are some tuning tricks:

1. Try to feel the space behind your back or above your head. This trick boosts underutilized attention, engaging parts of it that are usually ignored (our attention is always forward-focused, depleted to the minimum necessary for idle thoughts).

2. States of physical and mental exhaustion can temporarily stimulate perception, but this may lead to deceptive visions in these cases (resulting in numerous unwell individuals who mistake themselves for wizards and witches of varying degrees).

3. When viewing something for the purpose of seeing the glow of living energy, focus not on the visible, everyday form, but rather on something that appears to occupy a larger volume.

4. If that doesn't work, look slightly off from the object of contemplation, almost skimming the usual form of the object.

5. If nothing helps, the issue lies in your emotional state - how emotionally open (vital energy) and free you are in your sensations. Step by step, you will begin to see the progeny egg - the layers of compressed vital energy, the continuous flows between them of free vital energy, and the changes in intensity of both the entire process and each of the life-giving Forces. One day, everything around you will become an infinite movement of living energy, and you will be able to see without looking, knowing the state of your surroundings. This way, you will come to know the spiritual, divine side of the mundane.

Session 9. 

The next very useful and important exercise is listening to living energy.

The exercise involves simple actions:

To start, make a special blindfold for yourself. It is best to begin indoors. Stand in the center of the room with your hands folded behind your back and the blindfold on. Distract your wandering mind from current thoughts and focus all attention on your hearing. Once your focus shifts to listening, make three turns around yourself and try to distinguish by ear where the walls of the room and large objects are located by the echoes reflecting off them. Whether your tuning is successful or not, try walking around the room, avoiding all obstacles (remember to keep your hands folded behind your back). Venture into the corridor, moving from room to room. Try to walk with your eyes blindfolded as often as possible, and success in this exercise will come quickly - you will become able to move freely and swiftly in the familiar space. Next, practice in nature, trying not to wander far but engaging in everyday activities with your eyes covered or closed. 

The next stage involves hearing moving objects and beings, and for this, you will need a helper. You must learn to distinguish what the helper is doing and where they are moving. Let the helper take a voluminous, lightweight object (such as an inflatable one) and make slow "strikes" on different parts of your body, and you must guess by ear where they are. Then, recalling the sensations from the "vision-touch" state of a person, try to feel the same but using "touch-sound". In this way, you will develop the ability to hear volumetric changes from both apparent and non-apparent sources, such as the flow of living energy and spiritual fluctuations.
