Willpower Training
Possessing strong willpower is one of the key virtues of a mage. Developing willpower means learning to subdue living and non-living nature, elements, events with it. But most importantly, during the training of willpower, a person learns to overcome oneself. Ancient wisdom rightly says, "The greatest warrior is the one who managed to conquer oneself."
As an exercise for willpower training, Paracelsus proposed the following option: After walking for quite some time in any area, wait until you feel strong fatigue. Naturally, you will want to go home, but you should not do so. Head to a nearby, but fairly inaccessible location, such as a high hill, swamp, climb a ladder to a great height, etc. By the way, after completing this exercise, do not rush to go home, instead look around, and if you find any nearby stone - take it with you, it will bring you luck (of course, to the extent that you honestly completed the exercise with yourself).
There are also other variations:
- Walk at night in a cemetery. First with someone, and then alone.
- Arm wrestling also helps develop willpower, but this exercise is recommended for beginners only.
- A wonderful method: Every day at the same time chosen by you, perform the same action. For example - go to the tap and wash your hands. Or take a pencil and carry it to another room. Place it on the table, pick it up, and take it back. The first results will be visible by the second or third week.
Densification of the working field
As known, every person has an energy-informational field around them, serving a protective function. It is called the bioplasm. Usually, the bioplasm of a person (the part that can be fixed with the help of a bio-frame) reaches two to two and a half meters in radius at chest level. For mages, it can be of any size, while for telekinetics (people influencing objects at a distance) - five to ten meters.
The bioplasm is not homogeneous. It has an area of the densest energy flow. This area is concentrated directly around a person's body (0.5-2 m away) and is called the working field. It is within the working field that a person can influence other physical objects using the "look and gesture" technique (Look and Gesture, LAG), i.e., contactlessly.
There are several methods to densify this field in order to develop LAG abilities.
1) Take a matchbox and, putting a matchstick splinter on it, slowly start turning it over while preventing the splinter from falling with your gaze. When you manage to turn it completely upside down, and the splinter does not fall, add weight by taking a larger splinter or matchstick.
2) Place a regular plastic pen or lighter on your palm in such a way that its axis is perpendicular to the "symmetry" axis of your palm. Begin slowly turning your palm, bringing the pen to a vertical position. You must ensure that it does not fall even when your palm is completely reversed.
3) Take a coin, wash and wipe it dry so that it is completely dry and non-greasy, dry your hands thoroughly (this is done for the "purity of the experiment" so that the coin is not held due to moisture or grease), and proceed to the next exercise:
Rub your palms together until they become warm, then use your right palm to stroke your forehead from bottom to top. After that, place a coin on your forehead, 1.5-2 cm above the bridge of your nose, lightly press it, and count out loud to three. Then remove your hand, releasing the coin. It should remain on your forehead "as if glued". You can then lean, nod your head, etc. - the coin should stay in place on your forehead.
Measurement of the working field
I have decided to provide this methodology slightly before the main study of working with the frame and plumbline (pendulum), as it will greatly assist in training, specifically in monitoring results.
Let's call the one whose field is being measured the Student, and the one conducting the measurements the Teacher.
The Student stands with hands down and legs apart shoulder-width, and begins to visualize scenes of nature - a forest, a river, etc. The Teacher sets up a G-shaped frame a few centimeters from the solar plexus of the Student, parallel to his body plane. Once the frame balances, the Teacher starts moving backward, observing the frame readings. As soon as the frame reaches a perpendicular plane to the initial one, the Teacher stops and measures the distance traveled. This is the size of the Student's working field.
Expansion of the working field
This exercise should be done knowing the dimensions of your bioplasm. It is done with two people. One will be called the Student (the one training the field), and the other - the Teacher (monitoring the result).
The Student and the Teacher stand apart from each other at a distance slightly less than the Student's bioplasm. The Student closes their eyes and mentally sends a wave of warm air to the Teacher. This is repeated until the wave is received without hindrance. Once the wave passes smoothly, the distance can be increased.
Erasing memory
Sit down and reconstruct in your mind the entire conversation/event, step by step, word by word, remembering intonations, facial expressions, gestures - all in the smallest details. Then, if you need to change something in the conclusions of the interlocutor, rephrase your responses, emphasizing where necessary, while keeping their image in mind (eye contact). This is essentially rewriting the conversation. The more confidently and focused you conduct this "rephrasing", the clearer your interlocutor will internalize the program. When completely erasing the conversation, do something similar, but you can also give a suggestion like: what was, wasn't; it's all nonsense, there was nothing. At the energy-informational level, the conversation should be blurred or spread out. Make it unclear, then it will slip out of attention and be forgotten.
P.S. This technique can also be used as a hypnotic technique.
The Live Gaze
Sit in front of the mirror and portray an impenetrable expression on your face. Through your gaze, convey various emotions, achieving a very realistic effect. Of course, psychology plays a bigger role here, but that's not important, it's all the same. Suppose you want to create a positive impression of yourself with a certain girl. Send her a mental smile (anything that could endear you to her). She sees that you're not smiling, not winking, or doing anything else to draw her attention, but she feels that she finds you very attractive because you've already transmitted a mini-program to her.
You can also scare people away (even in a crowded subway, you will be standing in an empty space, or even sitting. No one will stand or sit next to you - guaranteed, tried and tested.)
Creating a fireball/energy ball
Rub your hands together until they are warm (to tune into the wave). Separate them by half a meter and slowly begin to bring them back together. Visualize streams of energy flowing from your palms and meeting as they coil into a ball. Bring them together until it becomes dense and prevents your hands from coming closer. Now carefully transfer the ball to one hand, being cautious not to lose it, and with an exhale, release it into a pendulum.
